Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage residential interior projects from concept development to final execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, excellent project management skills,
and the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality and functional living spaces.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Meet with clients to understand lifestyle needs, design preferences, and budget.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for residential spaces.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D renders, and material specifications.
• Ensure designs align with client expectations and functional requirements.
• Lead project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Oversee material selection, procurement, and quality checks.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage approvals and change requests efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and design guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
• 1–3 years of experience in residential interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
