Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of Indigo Interiors. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to sales strategies across residential, commercial, and hospitality
segments. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop Sales Plans: Assist in creating and executing strategic sales plans to expand Indigo
    Interiors’ market presence.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling,
    referrals, and industry events.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct basic market research to understand trends, customer needs, and
    competitor activities.
  • Account Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and
    referrals.
  • Client Consultations & Satisfaction: Meet with clients to understand their needs and present suitable
    design solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Project Proposals & Presentations: Support in preparing and delivering persuasive proposals,
    presentations, and quotations.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Assist in negotiations and closing deals under the guidance of the Business
    Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration with Design & Operations: Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure
    smooth execution of projects.
  • Sales Support: Work with the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Target Setting & Monitoring: Contribute to achieving set KPIs and track progress on sales
    performance.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide inputs on sales activities and assist in preparing performance reports for
    management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in interiors, real estate, or
    construction industry).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team.
