Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Present design proposals and explain company services effectively.

• Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to prepare quotations and proposals.

• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the interior design industry.

• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in interiors, real estate, or construction industry is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
